Due to covid some of our procedures have had to be changed so that (1) we limit cash handling and (2) the number of people involved in handling such things as the badge certificates.
Our badge procedure works as follows
1. The teachers communicate to Lucy in the office which swimmers have achieved a badge that week
2. Lucy sends an email to communicate the badge achieved and asks for payment ( as per the email)
3. Parents pay online and only then is the certificate written out
4. The Certificate is sent to the pool
The turn around time is usually 7 days, allowing for our other office administration commitments.
Please be advised if payment is made on the morning you have your lesson the certificate won’t be at the pool until your following lesson.
