We have had an update from Colton Hills that the boiler cut out after lessons on Sunday and as it was Bank Holiday nothing has been fixed on it until they can get an engineer out sometime today.
This us yet another blow for Salamanda, we are so mindful the children deserve continuity but we have no control over what is happening with the pool, if you want to look around for alternative providers you can apply for a refund for the rest of this course and if you have paid in advance you can also request for that money to be returned too you.
Refunds will be processed on receipt of swimmer’s name, day and time you swim plus what you are requesting be returned to you – the remainder of this course or the remainder of this course and the fees for the next course.
If we do not receive your enrolment fees by Sunday 14th May we will assume that you will not be continuing with us going forward. Those parents happy to stick with us ‘ then your support as always is gratefully received.
