Parents are advised that with immediate effect we are no longer able to accept cheques
Payment methods are simply cash via our Receptionists at the pool
For enrolment receipts can be requested when cash payments are made or payment can be via a Bank Transfer into our bank account
If payment is made via Bank Transfer we are unable to respond to messages asking for confirmation that payment has been received as it is a very time consuming request based on the number of swimmers we now have with us swimming, so if in doubt the message is ‘ pay via reception in person ‘ and request a receipt
