Finally, we can confirm lessons at Colton Hills will be returning week commencing Monday 21st November, the pool hall area looks amazing we are sure when parents see it, everyone will agree it’s been worth the wait, the refurbishment included ceiling lighting, windows and doors, completely retiled deck floor and internal pool tiling, new interior coated walls, signage, alarm system and an overhaul of the plant room!! We cannot wait for the children to see it.
When swimming pools are sadly closing all over the UK due to ever increasing energy costs, we are so grateful to be able to offer lessons from this fabulous facility.
In preparation for our return, we would like to remind parents of the following….
- Please arrive no earlier for your lessons than 10 minutes before your actual start time, one adult per swimmer, children arrive beach ready with their costumes on ready to swim. Please ensure your child uses the toilet before entering the pool, if a child should need the toilet during the lesson unfortunately, they will not be able to re-join the lesson as its considered disruptive for the class
- Please use your dedicated changing room, we have tried to spread the number of swimmers equally so that everyone has space to change
- Pushchairs are not allowed into the changing room areas; we ask that they remain in the reception foyer. Pushchairs are left at the owner’s risk and are not the responsibility of Salamanda
- Showers remain out of use, changing rooms are gender neutral and parents are reminded that when redressing children after swimming this should be done under the cover of a towel. We kindly ask for a quick redress so that we can wipe the changing rooms down ready for the next group of swimmers
** ALL OUTDOOR SHOES MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE ENTERING THE POOLSIDE, SWIMMERS, AND PARENTS **
